Privacy and project inquiries

When you request contact, On-Site receives the name, contact method, city, project details, and notes you choose to submit. This information is used to respond to the request and understand the work.

Request storage and email

Submitted requests are kept in private storage outside the public website. When email notifications are enabled, the project details are sent through FormSubmit to the designated inquiry recipient so the team can respond. A saved request does not book an appointment or guarantee an immediate response.

Website use

The inquiry form does not save your contact details in browser storage. It does not send form answers to a general analytics service. Hosting services may keep operational request logs, and the website loads fonts from Google Fonts.

Questions or removal requests

Call (503) 362-7000 to ask about information submitted through this website, request a correction, or discuss removal. Records may need to be retained for an ongoing project or other applicable obligations.
